About Admission Process:
Admissions for the new academic session will commence from January month. Admissions will close as soon as the seats are filled. Admissions to the Pre-Nursery and Nursery classes are on first-come-first-serve basis after parental Interaction with the Principal. For Other classes there will be a scholarship cum Admission Test. The admission for class XI will be taken in the month of April as well as in July. The admissions taken in the month of April will be considered as “Provisional Admission” till the student’s board result for class X is declared.

Siddhant World School grants admission for the students only when they successfully clear the set standards for admissions i.e. Aptitude test and Interview. Parental interaction is also a very important criteria to seek admission in school.
Age Criteria for Admission in Foundation Class:
- 2.5 years for the Pre-Nursery
- 3+ years for the Nursery
- 4+ years for the KG
- 5+ years for the Class 01
- 6+ years for the Class 02
Procedure:
1. Registration :

Parent can visit the school and collect the registration form from the school reception, fill it and deposit it along with a Registration amount of Rs. 1000/- between 9:00am to 4:00pm.
The Admission Counselor Team will share and explain all the salient features of the Institute and the benefits that the new joinees will be incurring once the admission is sought. After the submission of the registration form, a student registration number will be generated and the admission Process will be initiated for which a proper procedure will be shared by the Admission Counselor, allotted to the parents.

a). Scholarship cum Admission Test: To encourage the meritorious students SWS grants scholarship on the basis of their performance in the entrance test conducted for Admission.
Students scoring equal to or more than 90 percent in admission test will be granted a discount of 25% in Tuition Fees only for that academic year.
Note: Either Sibling or scholarship discount will be given. Any discount will not be merged with any other offer.
b). Interview: It is mandatory for both the parents and the child to come to the school on the given date and time for Parental interaction with the Principal.
3. Documentation :
School will intimate the parents about the final admission result either through a Call, SMS or email. Parents are requested to submit the following documents along with the duly filled Admission Form within three working days of the confirmation date or else the seat will be allotted to the next applicant.
Documents required at the time of admission with duly filled Admission Form.
1. A photocopy of the Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation.
2. Two passport size photographs each of the father, mother and the student.
3. A Copy of Aadhar Card each of the father, mother and the student.
4. Proof of Local residence (Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill, Rent Agreement, Aadhar Card etc)
5. For Class 1 to IX and XI admission: – Transfer Certificate duly signed by the Principal of school
OR
Transfer Certificates signed by the principal and District Inspector of Schools (for schools outside U.P)
4. Procedure For Fee Payment:
For Confirmation of the seat, Admission fee has to be deposited along with the required documents within three working days of the declaration of the final result or else the seat will be allotted to the next applicant. Fee is to be paid in two installment at the time of seeking admission:-
1st Installment: Admission Fee along with Security Amount to be paid via Debit or Credit Card/ Cash /Demand Draft in favor of Siddhant World School, Lucknow. The name of your ward, class, Phone No. and registration no. should be written at the back of the Demand Draft. After the payment of the First Installment, an Admission Number will be generated after which the second Installment is to be paid.
2nd Installment: Annual Development Charges, April and May Tuition Fee and April and May E-Learning fees to be paid via Debit or Credit Card/ Cash /Demand Draft/ A/C payee cheque in favor of Siddhant World School, Lucknow. The name of your ward, class and Admission Number should be written at the back of the Demand Draft and Cheque.
Fee, thereafter, is payable by Debit or Credit Card or A/C payee cheque.
Extra charges will be applicable on total amount paid via Cards-
Debit Card – 0%
Credit Card – 1%
Transportation fee: Students opting for school transportation must apply for the same at the time of admission. School transportation will be allotted subject to availability and on pre-defined routes only.
